  • This is where we found Mom's helmet--Re-Cycling at it's best

ReCycling at it’s best–apparently Mom’s helmet is customizable

Hello there Everybody.  It’s Hillary.  I am trying to remember my day and I am having a little bit of a hard time but I do remember my new motto.  “No Pain–No Gain”  I hope none of you go through any pain like this.  So please let me know if you need me to do anything for any of you.  I know my handsome smart son is coming home to me tomorrow and we are so blessed and glad he’s coming here because he is our best blessing.  God has also blessed me by letting me be alive.  Thank you  Hillary

Mom's helmet must be customizable for all cycles

Every Harley driver needs a helmet from their Mom

  • Hi pretty girl!!  It’s Cicely and I just wanted for you to know how often you are thought about and how much I love you.  I miss you and hope to see you very soon!!!  We were in Paducah a couple of weeks ago now and I tried to come see you but I think you may have already headed to Nashville!  I will try again soon!  Keep working hard…your determination, spirit and ‘that Hillary fight” will get you through all this!!!! I love you sweet girl-C.

  • Hi Hillary!

I would be astonished if you know me, as we only met once at your Grandpa’s (my Uncle Hugh’s) funeral, but I want you to know how blessed I am to be following the accounts of your journey through this blog.  I am the youngest son of Iva Joyce Coltharp Dixon (your Grandpa’s sister) and I have been following your progress and praying diligently for you and your family since your Uncle Gary notified me about your accident.  Through this blog, I have seen God’s miracles unfold in your recovery, cried with the set-backs and sad times, and rejoiced with the advances.  I cannot adequately describe the joy that I felt when they posted the first photo of you, after that beautiful smile had returned.  All of the Dixon family have had you in our prayers along with my church family at Trinity Baptist Church of Cordova, TN., and thousands of others through this blog.  God continues to answer those prayers with every step that you take toward full recovery.  You and your family have touched so many lives through this and I for one, am truly blessed to be included in that number.  God bless you sweetheart and keep up the great work.  Hug everyone an extra time for me and hopefully, we’ll meet again soon.

    Your Cuz,

    Dan Dixon

PS, no the picture isn’t my portrait.  I don’t look that studious!

  • You asked what you can do for us……honey, you’re already doing it! Getting better! I am so happy to hear each step you take. Like I said before, get ready beautiful butterfly, it’s time to spread those wings and get ready to fly!!!! You have so many people praying for you, so many more than you know, and it’s amazingly obvious that he’s listening!

    Love,

    Tara

  • Keep up the good work Hillary!  You are a fighter and a true inspiration to everyone that knows you.  I am continuing to pray for you and your family.  Keep working on that arm…there is NO ONE that can do hair like YOU!  Really!!!!

    Love,

    Shelly MacCauley, John and Parker
